This warehouse is directly connected to the quay and has a discharge hopper with connecting conveyor belts for transporting materials into the building. Inside the building there is a longitudinal conveyor belt under the roof, broken plow for the dissemination of the material inside the warehouse. The warehouse has a free height of about 13 m.
The warehouse was originally built for the storage of china clay and is ideal for storing dry bulk.
